 I found it difficult to adjust to a new schedule as it made it difficult to wake up. This is because I lost an hour of sleep. For productivity I was tired. For mood, I was cranky and grumpy. It was hard to do my daily habits and daily routine. Overall it was hard to adjust to the new time.
